Andrew Johnson is Chief Corporate Development Officer and Chief Legal Counsel of 3D Systems. He joined the company in July 2006.
Andrew is responsible for leading the company’s merger and acquisition efforts and the establishment of strategic partnerships in support of expanding business needs, as well as global legal matters including corporate securities, contracts, litigation, labor, and employment. He previously served as Interim President and CEO from October 2015 to April 2016.
Prior to joining 3D Systems, he was an associate with Hunton and Williams LLP on the asset securitization team.
Andrew has a bachelor’s in political science, diplomacy, foreign affairs, and religion from Miami University. He also has a Master of Business from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia.
Andrew also serves on the board of directors for Reverb, a global nonprofit that unites musicians and fans to take environmental and social action.
